The following is Headsets911's policy regarding seminar registration,
fees, and cancellation. Please contact us at tpmac@headsets911 for more
information.
Headsets911 is dedicated to providing valuable training to all agencies who
desire our services. The following is our policy for scheduling and
administering our training. We strive to work with your agency to make your
training a very easy to set-up and positive experience.
How to Schedule:
When your agency desires Headsets911 to conduct a seminar, you simply contact us here and inquire whether the date you desire is open.
If the date is open we will contact you and upon an agreed date of training issue a training agreement. Upon the return of a
signed training agreement we will schedule your class. A website page
specific to your organization will be prepared for registration purposes. Agencies who schedule a seminar
are required to register all known attendees through their prepared webpage. This is so we can insure that everyone who attends receives a booklet and certificate of training.
Terms of Payment
A flat fee based on location and type of instruction needed. Presentation at a conference, such as an APCO, NENA or or professional conference is is $2500.00 per-day, plus the cost of lodging and coach air travel to the nearest airport and transportation to and from the event/airport.
This is most appropriate for APCO, NENA and other types conferences.The fee covers any variation of training, whether full day or half day or split day (such as one class type in the morning another in the afternoon).
Agency training is priced $1500, plus cost of coach travel to the nearest airport and lodging and transportation to and from the training site/airport.
Fees are irrespective of number of personnel attending, there is no limit on the number. Additionally agencies/organizations may charge fees for the training to recoup their cost.
Agency/organization also agrees to provide copy services for printing of booklets and other training materials.
IMPORTANT: Payment in full is required prior to the start of class
Upon signed agreement with Headsets911 an invoice will be presented and Payment can either
be sent to Headsets911 in advance, or will be accepted at the seminar. But must be received no later than the completion of training.
Payment may
be made by check or money order payable to HeadSets911. Agencies hosting
a seminar must ensure that payment for their agency personnel is remitted to Headsets911
on or before the training date. There is a 5% late charge for payments not
received by the date of the seminar. If payment is not received
within 30 days after the seminar date an additional 5% late charge will be
assessed.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel up to 15 days before the seminar, there is no penalty. For any
cancellation, you must call Headsets911 at tpmac@headsets911.com.
