The following is Headsets911's policy regarding seminar registration,
fees, and cancellation. Please call us at (954) 270-8201 for more
information. Headsets911 is dedicated to providing valuable training to all agencies who
desire our services. The following is our policy for scheduling and
administering our seminar. We strive to work with your agency to make your
training a very easy to set-up and positive experience.
How to Schedule:
When your agency desires Headsets911 to conduct a seminar, you simply contact
our
seminar coordinator and inquire whether the date you desire is open.
If the date is open we will send you a training agreement. Upon the return of a
signed training agreement we will schedule your class. A website page
specific to your organization will be prepared. Agencies who schedule a seminar
are required to register all known attendees through our website.
Minimum Class Room Attendance:
We are dedicated to get our training to the dispatcher in the field.
However, as you know there are costs involved in presenting this training as well as the
associated travel costs involved. Our seminar fee is the least expensive
in the business. We did that so that all agencies, large and small could
take part in our training. Therefore, the following minimum class size
applies to all agencies requesting a seminar.
Our seminar requires a minimum paid attendance of 20 persons, Free seats are awarded to agencies
that are able to produce class registrations of 20 or more paid attendees for
each training date. They
may send up to three (3) persons to our seminar without charge for every 20 paid
attendees who are present. *Note below.
If after scheduling a seminar an agency feels they cannot meet the minimal
registration requirements within 15 days of the seminar, they must contact
HeadSets911 immediately to cancel or discuss other arraignments. This time
period provides us sufficient notice to rearrange our scheduling and travel
plans.
Terms of Payment
IMPORTANT: Payment in full is required prior to the start of class.
Payment can either
be sent to Headsets911 in advance, or will be accepted at the seminar. Payment may
be made by check or money order payable to HeadSets911. Agencies hosting
a seminar must ensure that payment for their agency personnel is remitted to Headsets911
on or before the training date. There is a 5% late charge for payments not
received by the date of the seminar. If payment is not received
within 30 days after the seminar date an additional 5% late charge will be
assessed.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel up to 15 days before the seminar, there is no penalty. For any
cancellation, you must call Headsets911 at (954) 270-8201.
The agency or individual is responsible for full payment to HeadSets911
for any registration cancelled less than 15 days before program, or for any
student who is registered but does not attend program. Substitutions may be made
at any time.
We look forward to seeing you in the future. If you have any questions
regarding our policy please contact us at
