New Class Available NOW!

"Getting Along"

Interpersonal conflicts within your center can comprise the greatest source of stress for Dispatchers.

Through our feedback from our "Stress and the Dispatcher - Surviving the Console" Seminars we have heard from 911 Dispatchers that they would attend and benefit from a class that specifically helps them gain the interpersonal skills needed handle conflict within their center.

We're happy to announce that training is now available!

What's the Training About?

"Getting Along" is an eight-hour seminar that will take attendees on a day of discovery that not only change the way they view themselves, but also how they view those they work with.

1. Understanding ourselves - "Holding up the Mirror". Looking at what makes us who we are, and why we do the things we do.

2. Learn about what motivates people to act the way they do.

3. Excercises and Role Plays designed to help defuse conflict BEFORE it escalates.

4. Learn how to relate to your supervisors so to avoid conflict and enhance feedback and communication.

And much more!

Best of all it's the same quality you will find in our Stress and the Dispatcher - Surviving the Console Training !
