Dear Friends and Customers of Headsets911,
On 28 September 2009, My wife was diagnosed with cancer and will require ongoing treatment, but with a good prognosis. On 15 October during a routine physical it was discovered that I have prostate cancer which will also require lengthy treatment but also has an excellent prognosis.
Of course this will preclude me from appearing at speaking conferences as well as presenting any of my classes at agencies or conferences.
I will continue to write and distribute the weekly newsletter as well as be open to any questions or help I can provide to help 911 Dispatchers cope with the stress of the job. I appreciate your emails and letters of support and of course prayers.
